HSNC of Soil under GST described in CHAPTER 26-Natural Sand of all kinds, wheather or not coloured , other than metal bearing sands of Chapter 26 is 2505.
Party with whom my client is dealing , they are saying there is no gst on soil.

i received input from DEPARTMENT OF MINES AND GEOLOGY, with 2505 @ 5%, my supply will also comes under same HSN 2505 on this i have collected 5% output tax,
so can i take input of purchage from DEPARTMENT OF MINES AND GEOLOGY
