Gst Rate on Pizza sales
One of my client is engaged in the business of a pizza restaurant, what is the gst rate, if register as a normal dealer or as a composition dealer.

The GST rate for a pizza restaurant is 5%. If registered as a normal dealer, they can claim input tax credit. If registered as a composition dealer, they cannot claim input tax credit and have to pay a fixed percentage of their turnover as tax.

The applicable HSN code for pizza sales is 1905.
