GST PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION SURRENDER
ICAI and CACLUB should request GSTN PORTAL to activate or facilitate GST PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION SURRENDER forms and process. There are thousands of Individual who have less than 20 lakh turnover but migrated from VAT to GST under compulsion migration process. They are all in delicate dilemma situation whether to make Tax Invoice or not.

apply for cancellation if not uploaded.....
If documents not uploaded......
as per law gst not applicable if turnover below Rs 2000000/-
Portal has started GST canclation for migrated cases..
Not yet started for those who completed second option....
Apply for cancellation in respective VAT department and file form available in VAT department to cancel provisional ID. Department can cancel you VAT and provisional ID . If only provisional ID is taken and Futher process not done or not registered in GST portal
