Is it mandatory to take GSTIN to roadside cafe and what is the gst rate is applicable on it.

Depending on the billed value

Bill range is vary from 500 to above.
it's a normal cafe provided fast food and other small things

Gst registration not desirable , but calculate the liability on each bill.

If your yearly turnover is more than 20 lakhs in a year then you have to compulsorily get registered under GST.

If GSTIN is taken then what is the gst rate applicable.

5% without ITC is correct???
if not then what is the rate applicable

5% without ITC or 18% with ITC
