One of the party having pocklane machine for business use selling it for 20 lakh can he charged gst on it. As other party purchasing it want to take itc on it.

How invoice will be made its second hand machine what rate of GST will be charged on it

Either Second hand machine GST will apply and the GST % will be 18%.
