Gst on real estate (flats)
Still there are lot of ambiquity in this. Some builders say they will charge 18% flat on total cost and no tax input credit. everybody is working on how to minimise benefit to end user. Any clear guidelines in this matter?

GST rate on Works Contract Service is prescribed as 12%. The credits related to inputs and input services shall be allowed without any hindrance.
