GST on property registration
Is GST applicable on Flat Registration?... If so, what is the rate of GST?

If it is under-construction flat........... GST will be applicable........ (but to be paid alongwith instalments)
But otherwise, GST not applicable over transfer of any property, only stamp duty and registration charges applicable
