We have received an invoice from CHA for arranging export of goods for us. There is a component 'Ocean Freight' in CHA bill on which they have not charged GST.
My question is should we deposit GST on RCM basis for this Ocean Freight on export of goods?
Please clarify your answer validating with act/ notification.
