What is the minimum turnover required for which I require GST Number but no GST filling as I watched on Youtube?

My charted accountant said that GST needs to be filled for all eCommerce transactions within India. Where can I read more about GST filling requirements for annual turnover?

I will be using my own website on Woocommerce to sell products on ecommerce through dropshipping. Is GST Number required?
