Is GST Number required for Dropshipping(from China to USA)? When my Annual Turnover is less than INR 5 lacks per annum?

For goods limit is 40 lakhs rupees and for services limit is 20 lakhs rupees

My charted accountant said that GST needs to be filled for all eCommerce transactions within India. Where can I read more about GST filling requirements for annual turnover?

If you are conducting your business through e-commerce provider then you need to be mandatorily registered..
And when you are registered you need to file the applicable gst returns even if you have no sales.
