For not filing GSTR3B after filing R1 we received notice for about Rs 3 lakhs under DRC01B for March 23. But after submitting 3B difference between 3B and 2B in portal is zero. We replied to the notice with screen shot of the same. Whether the proceedings will end automatically or a separate order should end this.
