Gst notice for upi transaction over rs 40 lac

recently I have seen video of a YouTuber having millions of subscriber, in which he is saying if you are having upi transactions valuing more than 40 lacs there will be chances that the concerned person to get a notice from gst department
so my question is - whether this is correct or not if yes then does salaried individual also get this notice?
