Amendment for reg.can be done from next week on gst.gov.in, as per updates on same site. Once it is available, you can make changes. Until then wait and keep checking gst.gov.in for updates
if you got the Notice then just login in your account and go to user services and file clearification application with the SCN Reference Number.
