Respected

Sir/Madam,

One of my clients engaged in selling of cosmectics goods like soap, perfumes, deo etc on retail basis and having turnover more than Rs 20.00 Lakhs per annum. As per general practice he used to sell his goods with invoice without indicating any tax on it and on the other hand purchase goods with invoice inclusuding GST.

My question is how to file his return under GST Act,2017 , whereas it is not possible to track sales figure of GST on sales and the HSN code of goods.

whether it is good to opt under composition scheme or to go for regular registration under GST ACT,2017

Hope for quick response

with regards

In Case Retial Business

Its better to opt Composition Scheme

If He is selling without tax, then he can opt to composition scheme and pay tax 1% on his turnover.
