Use Tally or Zoho or Clear Tax software...
But, Better to keep a Consultant...
Bcoz, In case any mistakes then it's take Your some of the days to solve that problem on Commercial Tax Office and it's staffs

You can use Computax or clear tax for GST details
I suggest Tally software. Easy and always up-to-date with GST compliance.
It's better you try all the above software on trail for day &. choose yourself the best out of them
