24 March 2023We have an inquiry for component supply from a Dubai based client. The components will export to Dubai by ship. How can avail the benefit of supply rate @ 0.1% under 41/2017 notification? Please guide me the procedures for the above. According the guidance, I will quote the price.

On the basis of the information provided by you, you are directly supplying the goods to the customer of Dubai in your name. then GST will not be levied on this transaction since it will be a zero-rated supply.
Secondly, the GST paid by you on the purchases can be taken as a refund from the department.
