Dear Ankur,
As per Icai regulations, you are not permitted to do any other course other than college degree & that also with permission of icai. You have to fill form 112 to get permission from ICAI. so you cannot do GST certification course during your Articleship.
You can give GST Practitioner exam which is conducted by NACIN.
