Suppose a dealer has requested for cancellation request.
Then, what will be the amount of Late fee payable ?
Option 1 : From the date of registration to the actual date of filing of returns
Option 2 : From the date of registration to the date of request made for cancellation ?

For GSTR 1 - For the month of July-Nov 2017 - monthly & July to Sept 2017 (Quarterly) - The due date is Jan 10 2018.
If GSTR 1 not filed within this due date - Late fees for every day of delay
Yeah!
For turnover up to Rs 1.5 crore - the due date for furnishing GSTR1 - For Quarters - July 2017 to Sept 2018 - Extended till Oct 31 2018.
