gst annual return and audit report
due date of GST annual and audit report for FY 2017-18 are 30th June 2019 or 31st August 2019 after extension , please clarify the position and any notification in this regard

Till date no notification is issued...bt date extend to 31.08.2019
The due date for filling annual returns and audit report is extended by two months in the 35th GST council meeting. Therefore the due date is 30/8/2019. The notification for the same shall be issued soon.
GSTR9 date extended to 31.08.19 Order No. 6/2019-Central Tax 28th June, 2019
