while filing GST 3B return, we had issue we couldn't able to set off electronic cash ledger amount.
we had to create challan

I wanted to utilize from sgst
my cash ledger balance (igst 61000 cgst 200058 sgst 6000)
I had to pay 59000 in that
it didn't set off neither from sgst nor from igst

Whether this liabiity was under RCM or on out put supplies?
cash Leger balance can be utilized against that ledger only.
If this liability was under under RCM than we need to pay in cash and RCM liability can be discharged using the cash balance ledger of same GL. SGST liability can be adjutsed against SGST cash balance of only . CGST liability can be adjutsed against cash balance of CGST only.IGST liability can be adjutsed against cash balance of IGST only .

no you cannot set off cash Ledger balance like this.
