Gst 3b return no not field the date of registration ?

Dear Sir,

Kindly advise me .. one propriter register under GST reguler dealer but propriter was not field any return up to till date. how can cancelled the registration without pay late fee or penalty .

Please advcie/suggest for above

Not possible to cancel registration without completing all the due filings and payment of late filing fees

Gst registration cannot be cancelled until you clear your liabilities and file returns up-to-date.

cancellation will not approved until you file for returns up to date.
