Growth when variable dividends paid ?

735 views 2 replies

If co. paid dividend as:

2001 - 4.6
2002 - 5.4
2003 - 3.6
2004 - 3.8
2005 - 5.9

How can we calculate dividend growth ?

Take 2001 as base, compare it with 2002 divided, the difference as a percentage of 2001 dividend is dividend growth for 2001-2002.

Keep increasing the base by a year....u wil get growth rate for every year that way.
