Hierarchy of grouping depends on the Legal Framework
If it is a company, then you ought to follow Schedule VI of Companies Act 1956
You can also get the Financials of any Real Estate Company and have a glance over their presentation
For other than company it can be customised as per your convenience, I suggest in these casses you first have a glance over Respective Income Tax Return and customize accordingly
