i need grauity calulator for trust as per 6th pay commission.
The last drawn salary
= Basic salary +DA
= 26,000+8000
= 34,000
Years of Service
= 6 years 8 months
= 7 years
Gratuity
= Salary * years*15/26
= 34,000*7*15/26
= 1,37,308
