Hi 

In my organization we wont deduct any grtuity amount from employees and we wont maintain any Gratuity fund also . In case any employee completes 5yrs with the company do we need to pay him gratuity . If yes is it mandatory to pay or we have any alternatives . Please reply . Thank s

Yes, generally it is mandatory to pay gratuity.
