As we know, gratuity, commuted pension and earned leave received at the time of retirement is exempt in the hands of Government Employees.
Can an person employed with a nationalised bank also be construed as a Central Government Employee for the above purposes??

bank employee is not covered under the defination used for this section.they are the members of union services etc. who are eligibile for this.
