got job offer for articleship from big four...plz help

any one here 2 help me???

Its a good opportunity as many good company refers candidates from B Four and even they pay good remuneration but if you are thinking of practice then its of no use, and if you thinking of your study then they give enough time to study.

sadhvi..it is always better to join in a big concern ..escp big4 ..ur exposure will be good.. it will add a great thing to ur profile.. where u go .. u will get a good package.. but for exam preparation point of u.. time might be a constraint..since u will be having lot of work.. but u plan accordingly....pls in case dont revoke this offer.. it isnt easy to get  articleship in big 4.. all the very best..

 i m nt interested in practise.......... i know dis is best opp 4 me.......as d offering is in audit n i m interested in it only..........i always wanted to work wid big 4.......but dere  r fears abt future ..........will i b able to clear my ca final exam?? coz i hv heard dere is huge workload in dese firms?? how will i go about it??

u can clear ur final .. if suppose u find time is not availabe during articlesip u can spend another 6 months for preparing for exam..ther r some big companies which requires/prefers  ppl u had experience in big 4...

But anyway its ur decision....think well n take a wise decision.. dont let the thing flyby..

@ Sadhvi, Pls don't get me wrong but the if u have got a call from Big4 then there is something special in ur ability so u can easily do ur studies but it has to be regular. I also got a chance but i never wanted to work for any firm i wanted to see myself in equity business and firm valuation so i refused.

whats so special abt getting a call frm big 4s Amit.and Sadhvi go for it in my opinion.

@ Rohit, have u ever seen the environment there, they don't only select those people who has book knowledge but can implement by themselves, n i know  abt there interview n i hav cleared it too, but they provided me the taxation department which i don't like. 

Chill Dude i didnt say anything against you its just my opinion and am sure working in a big 4 would be a good opportunity to build your career but i still feel its no big deal getting into one.

ya i know its not a big deal, my score was 303 in PE2 while my other friends score were much higher, it all matter how u manage ur interview, n i hav worked in ITC and ambuja do it was easy for me to give those interview

OK my friend point taken.So you wanna make a career into Equity research,Investment banking cool man even im interested in the same field but ive heard that they mostly hire MBA frm iims and other such top colleges so you think we have a chance of getting into Morgan stanley,Goldman sachs etc
