I have received email for Non-filler monitoring System ( NMS )
1 .Can I file return by using my Form 16 , as I am salaries employee.
2. In Related Information Summary , It shows Code as STT-01 , I have bought stock from NSE\BSE ,
3. Do I need to mention Stock details while filling ITR.
What is meaning of it and Which option should i select .

1) yOU CAN FILE fy 2013-14 [ay2014-15] TILL mARCH 2016.
2) Regarding Stock purchase you have to give the source of Fund. Had it been cheque then OK. if it is cash then source of cash.
3) First check 26AS statement. Whether any tax credit is there. consume all tax credit if any in ITR
4) In 26AS see AIR below - whether the source of funds are Cash.
5) Take help of CA for filing the mater and closing the matter.
Yes you can file now. Trace the source of funds and reply first online accordingly
