if we sent raw material to job worker and there will three stages of production to complete that product and due to which the job worker sent the goods to another job worker to complete his segment, then who will make challan and if there is any reporting required for these transaction

Sir, the person removing the goods will issue a delivery challan. When you sent to j/w then you have to raise a challan , next job worker will raise a challan.
