How to post manual entries in accounts for the following scenario,
Location one receives the Goods for the Purchase Order & the Location Two will generate the invoice and Payment will be done from the Location Two.
How the Accouting entries will be so that the goods receipt and invoice generation both are accounted.
Please suggest.Thanks
For Location 1:
Purchases A/c... Dr
To Location 2 A/c
For Location 2:
a) Location 1 A/c... Dr
To Creditors A/c
b) Creditors A/c... Dr (Payment to Creditors)
To Bank
