CS does not need so much commerce background (though it would be helpful to understand few concepts or 1-2 papers on accounitng). If you put in the effort to understand the new subjects including finance, accounting etc. you should be able to do it. It requires a lot of committment as it is required in any professional course (like ICWA, CA, CIMA etc.). As long as you can study the hours, you should be good.
By the way, you can study everything while in US and go to India just to write the exams. You do not need to be in India for this (unless you want to take coaching, which may not be needed if you are a self-learner)...
