Gmcs-1 started ??? or just applicable

Hey Guys,

                    I need urgent information, is GMCS-1 training started ? i enquired with NIRC of ICAI they said its not yet started ? but we have to complete this training before 1 year. I am getting Msg on my Phone to Complete GMCS-1 for avoiding Inconvinience.

Whats going on ? GMCS-1 is Applicable for Students enrolling After May 1 but it hasn't been started by the NIRC ????

 

Please help me in this regard if you have any information.
