Hii,
If you have taken transfer but you your articleship period is counted from 16 sep 14. So as per this criteria you have to complete gmcs 1.
but l cant understand the term re registered what it means first clear it because when you get registered for articleship you already received articleship registration letter and there already mention the criteria for gmcs also .
