As there is a financial crisis in America still indian banks are safe.This is just beacuse of the regulatary control which RBI is having on the banks.Nearly 33% of Deposits with any bank are kept in THe form of SLR and CRR. More over That CRAR is Monitiored and moreover that RBI has psoted various exposure norms on the Loan sanction.
