If i received gift from relatives in 2011-12 but now ito want affidavit for that gift how can i genrate affidavit of that time
Can. I use affidavit of present time with mentioning that i had gifted that amout in 2011-12
Plz help me in this regard if u have any idea about that

You can take affidavit of Gift from Donor relative of present date with regard to gift made in 2011-2012
Is it a Cheque gift then not much problem.
But if it's a cash gift of a high amount then multiple issues may arise.
