Respected Sir/Madam,
My original PAN card is lost. I have informed Police but since it’s not a confirmed theft, they said they will not file FIR but just give me a document indicating that it has gone missing.
Now I am going to request to reprint PAN.
But I am unsure of one thing.
Over the years my address has changed and even though PAN-aadhar are already linked, the PAN address with IT dept and aadhar address are different.
Will it affect getting duplicate PAN? Thanks and regards.
