Getting drop in my articleship for 1year.

Respected Sir,

Because of my family's bad economical condition, I have to get drop in my articleship for 1yr.

I have completed my articleship of 1yr 10 mth.

Can you guide me regarding this situation, what should I do? Is there any alternative of this?

Your query is not clear.... Have you submitted form 109 to your relevant regional office of ICAI.If you have not submitted 109 then the drop period is only the leave you have taken and the same has to be served after compl of 3yr of a'ship only if there is any excess leave taken. If not clear, back to us.
