Getting a Dormant Status
How many days does it take to get a Dormant Status from ROC after filing the Form MSC 1?

Form MSC-1 is an STP form. It will be auto approved and system will generate a certificate for dormant status and the same will be mailed to company. Once approved the status will be changed from active to dormant.
