Sir wer are maintenance Medical whole sale shop, we give cash discount to customer after billing, for exemple, A - our customer

Total 5 bills turnover 1,00,000.00,  I give to Cash Discount nest month 5% (5000/-) This cash discount is show in GST R 3B or GSTR-1-?, This CD is affect on GST Returns ?
