Under the EPCG License, there contains a condition that export obligation to export to GCA countries and realise the export proceeds in freely convertible currency.
What does GCA countries Means? Please provide the section no. or circular no. also explaining the same.

in simple language All countries other than Nepal, Bhutan and former USSR fall under General Currency Area.

this is mine personal experince after reading the foreign trade policy and hand book of procedures govt of india ministry of commerce only write in books general currency area GCA only.
