Sorry, F&O transactions are treated as business transactions, and hence cannot be declared in ITR2; but in ITR3 or under presumptive assessment in ITR4..

Yes, when he has such business transactions to be declared alongwith salary income.

ITR3 with tax audit of F&O transactions
or ITR4 with presumptive assessment....

I think you should take help of 'Tax Return Preparer' ... as otherwise you may make mistake in filing return, and finally invite troubles for ownself.
In ITR3 There is a full sheet of salary income details..... i.e. 'Schedule Salary'
In ITR4.... under Income details sheet... there is a whole 'Part B2' for salary details.....
