That is also wrong answer
it there is wide or no ball then over consists of 7balls
if 2 wides or no balls then over consits of 8 balls
so answer is it is not possible to tell how many balls for over it is varied from 6 to Infinative

The answer is 1 ball which is delivered 6 times and provided further explaining 6 actual times, this represent, and does not count on the extras if were it may lead to increase in the number of deliveries in the place of 6 and totalling it comes to such extras adding with 6 actuals

Good joke with a good moral for ca students .It highlights the importance of analysis of language in law subjects .Interpretation of bare act language (Income tax , company Act etc..) is very much similar to this joke.
