What should we wrint while fillinng up the form-2 for allotment of share :
in collumn of "Brief particulars inrespect of terms and conditions, voting rights of shares"
 

Dear Dipak, I think one needs to write the rights, terms and conditions of share like ranking pari pasu with the existing shares or if shares are issued with differential voting rights, different rights need to be written.
