Transfer is not allowed in the last year of training hence you can not take transfer.  You can request your principal politely stating your problem that i need time to study. 

you should talk to your principal............i mean if you have gone for articleship regularly then he must not show your excess leaves.........

help plzz...urgent...

i am a pcc student and i have to fill d form by 26th of feb to appear in this may 2010 exam...

but as the partner under which i am registered is out of country and so i have taken another partners sign 

and his membership no. on my form....

does anyone know whether it is fine to do so..??

Hey u can go for industrial training during your last yr articleship.....so nothing to worry.....

For Dinel

You can take sign from any partner of same firm.....so you also dont worry....

u can take the sign from any other partner(if there) or icai member if ur principal is not available

nothing to worry u will get admit card for ur attempt

Dear Sk 

Buddy try to settle the leave with them on paper as "within limits" and tell them balance you will work... cos its best not to juggle ICAI paperwork..

 If you are in PCC scheme, u cant write Final till u complete your articles, including any excess leave taken.

You can do balance articles another firm, but u will have to fill 102 and 103 and pay registration fees again, but some firms i know wont take articles for just 4 months.

The restrictive conditions applicable to transfer are not applicable for new registration due to extension.

To continue in same firm for excess articles, use Form 107.

institute ko sirf draft chaiye,,,,,it is not necessry ki aapko ussi chartered se examination form sign karvana hai,,,jiske under aap registered ho,,,,in recent,nov,2009 exam mein mere friend ne kissi aur CA se sign karvaya thaa...jo uss firm mein partner bhi nahi hai...and uska examination form accept ho gaya...so,, don't need to be pareshan yar...exam ki preparation karo...

Yes... the extension period can be served under any other principal. There's no restriction on that
