Fresh gst registration
I have proprietary firm. I am trying to register for fresh GST. Online application is asking for "Legal Name of the Business (As mentioned in PAN)" as its propitiatory firm I am using my PAN card number for my business. Now at the time of registration system is showing error as "PAN and Legal Name is not matching with CBDT database. Please submit PAN and Legal Name after validating with CBDT database"

Please check your legal name in your 26 AS form or in Income Tax login profile it still this problem persists it means that it is an issue related with government GST site is not working properly....

it was not running properly sir... trust me so.e times it happens it happens also with my client and i called also to GSTN portal email is also not working properly for mismatch reason show GST site in red line...
Try to early morning section. bcoz, It's new so all try to this one....

I am from Rajasthan. When I want to register any firm 2 stamps worth rs 500 each required and signed of 2 guarantee. Now in GST it require any Such this type document
Thank you all for your reply. I agree that Email function is not working properly. I have mentioned correct email Id still not receiveing OTP on email. Where as OTP for mobile is working perfect. But in order to proceed further for registration OTP from mobile and emai both are required. So unable to do that.
