A private limited is not working from the years ,can we freeze it for the time and revive it in future. Is any such provision?
(all the annual compliance have been done)

I do not think it can be done.
As such there is no provison to do this, however the company may convert itself as dormant company where certain compliance have to do annually which are least as compare to normal ordinary course of business.
