Quick Summary
If your private limited company has been inactive for years, you might be wondering if it's possible to freeze it and revive it later. While there isn't a direct provision to 'freeze' a company, you can explore converting it into a dormant company. This status significantly reduces annual compliance requirements compared to an active company, offering a way to pause operations without full dissolution.
As such there is no provison to do this, however the company may convert itself as dormant company where certain compliance have to do annually which are least as compare to normal ordinary course of business.
