To recover rent, you should send a formal demand notice followed by a civil recovery suit and/or an eviction petition. To address potentially fraudulent financial statements, you can petition the court for the attachment of assets to prevent their disposal and, if you have evidence of intentional deception, report the matter to the Registrar of Companies to initiate an investigation into the directors' conduct.
