i know that franking of form 102 is necessary....but are both the copies of form 102 need to be franked or only the original one (green one)?
Also, while franking form 102, it should be blank or the form needs to be filled first and then franked?

only green form (original which gonna be sent to icai ) need to be franked in bank, while no requirements of filling form for it.After franking it form should be filled.
