Franchisee Agreement

Even I wish to know the same, what Legal points are to be taken into consideration while entering into Franchisee Agreement ?

Ms. Rachita, in any agreement, the most imporant thing is  the interest of both parties should be taken care.  the agreement should not be one sided.  Apart from that the agreement must not be against the existing law or it should not be of such a nature which is impossible to be executed.  In any overseas Franchisee Agreement the knowledge of law of both country is a must as any wrong clause in agreement can make the agreement void.
