Forms to be used for transmission of shares of deceased person?

Pl guide if Shares transfer forms and Shares transmission forms are same or different for transmission of shares in the name of legal heirs. Court has issued Letter of Administration in the matter as deceased person died intestate without any Will. TIA

Yes, it is the same.... Transfer form SH4....
