I file DIR12 with DIR-2
is any thing required from director side or company side.

last but not least kindly share your comment on resignation of director any other file is required for this

For Appointment You have to file DIR 12 , DIR 2 , DIR 8 , CTC of Board or Shareholder resolution ( as the case may be )and in the event director is independent then declaration under section 149(6) will require as an attachment.

For Resignation of Director - DIR 12 with evidence of cessation and CTC of Board Resolution
